If you desire an appointment with Dan Berk, please fill out the booking form.

 

The information you provide helps Dan estimate the time required for the tattoo as well as the price.

 

Once Dan reviews the booking form and we confirm a date you will be asked to submit a non-refundable $200 deposit. The deposit is due within 24 hours of confirmation.
